Sleeping In The Valley

After only 3 years of owning this mattress, my boyfriend (who only weighs 195) is sleeping in the "valley" of the bed... hanging onto the sides so he doesn't fall to the middle. When I spend the night (I weigh 100) I too am hanging on for dear life so I don't roll to the middle, or the taco, as we call it. After complaining, Custom Comfort blamed it on their pillow tops, and supposedly put a "mesh filler" between the coils and the pillow top - we were without a mattress for 3 days (and they charged $100 for pick up and re-delivery). After return, there was no noticeable difference. We questioned the repair and we feel it is in the inner coil springs. They now tell us the will come get it and take off the pillow tops... really? We're headed to Macy's for a quality Simmons Beautyrest... a product that has been around for nearly 100 years. WE GOT A LEMON FROM CUSTOM COMFORT. $1,500 for a bed that lasts 3 years - no value here!
