Piece of junk

I had to sleep on this mattress for a week when we rented a condo at the beach. The so-called pillow top was non-existent, when you sat or laid on the bed the wire edges and springs stuck out of the sides of the mattress and boy could you feel the springs when laying on the bed. It was lumpy, lumpy, lumpy, hard and dipped in the middle. It is non-turnable. I could not get comfortable, tossed and turned all night, and my body hurt like hell in the morning. It took 7 layers of blankets and comforters pilled on top of the mattress to cover the springs and lumps from digging into my body and allow me to fall asleep. Had this been in a hotel I would have checked out the next day. It's a cheap, discount mattress which has been discontinued as it's a piece of junk!

It sounds like the owner of the condo should have changed out the bedding long ago. The mattress was shot. OR, the bed was a 1-5 year bed (a bed for kids or guest room). Any bed past it's useful life is junk and should be put where junk goes...in the trash. I sell Corsicana in my store in Globe, AZ and from my experience when folks come in looking for the 5 year/cheapest mattress we have and when I learn they plan on using it to sleep on every night/full time use - I do everything I can do to get them into a 10 year mattress. I recommend the 5 year for kids and guest rooms. Otherwise, spend a little more ($100-$200) and get the 10 years and you will love the comfort and support.
