Very Noisy

I bought a new bed and mattress set for my grandson to use while he was visiting my home. He used it for about four months before moving on to another location. He never made any comments about the mattress and/or foundation making a horrible squeaking noise when getting into bed or while turning to another position. The bed went unused for several months until I rented the room to a middle aged male. After a couple of weeks he asked if I was aware of the bad squeaking noise the bed made. I said no and asked him to show me the noise. After hearing the noise I had him help me remove the mattress and foundation and to replace them with items from another bed in my home. I will be attempting to have the items replaced by the selling dealer. I feel no one should be asked to sleep on anything as noisy as this.
