Bought this mattress and after 1 week it was sagging by 2 inches. Returned and replaced with another and had to return again 1 month later. Once again returned 1 month later. Now having trouble with the Quality Mattress Outlet in Tucson AZ returning phone calls, coming to check the sagging. Took pictures and sagging over 2 1/2 inches. Went to the store today and now telling us that it is not covered by ANY warranty. Only the first one was. We are on our 4th mattress in 5 months and they don't care at all about the problems with this mattress. If mattress is returned again they want to charge $75 each time it is returned. The mattress has a 10 year warranty and would have loved to get even 1 week without it sagging!

Wow hate to hear that. Ours started sagging in about a month as well. It was not easy but we did return and get a replacenent. We have had it less than a month and here we go again. I am 135 lbs and my boyfriend is 190. Not large people. When I lay on my back I tilt to the right as the middle of the bed if caving in. This will be round two for us but I wanted to check for other complaints as well. The first time we thought it was just fluke.......now, I am not real happy. This mattress is horrible. Mine is model 8320L5-1050 Prototype ID FEEPTOS19.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you both are having. The most common cause for this type of sag is a poor foundation underneath the mattress. If the boxspring is not installed correctly, your mattress will sag very fast. Check to make sure the black side is down and the hard side is up. If you have a queen or king, the metal frame needs at LEAST 5 legs of support to prevent sagging, 7 legs is recommended. To test if the problem is your box or the mattress, just set the mattress directly on the floor and sleep that way for a night. Hopefully you can find a good solution. Also, it is very common for stores to charge a delivery/setup fee on warranty replacements but hopefully they are not too expensive.
