This bed is manufactured by Corsicana for Macy's. I had it for 25 DAYS and it was sagging! Macy's sent out a guy to measure the sag, and said since it was an average sag of 3/4 inch on both sides, it was to manufacturer's standards. I am returning to Macy's but they are charging me a 15% "usage fee" for this POS. I would NEVER BUY THIS BED AGAIN! My previous bed I had to 13 years, and it started to sag at 10 years, not 25 DAYS!

Sara, Not sure if you've shopped around and asked, but the industry standard for bedding manufacturers is "1 1/2 inches of body impression, or what you call sagging. There is a higher risk of this with plush and pillowtop mattress. It wouldn't make a difference who you bought from, or who manufactured your bed, with only 3/4 of an inch of impression, you wouldn't get any different end results, most stores wouldn't even allow you to return it, they may offer to upgrade you to a better model maybe more suited to what your needs are. Sounds to me like your sales person didn't do their job in making sure you were buying the right bed. Try going to an actual bedding store instead of a department store next time, they're more likely to take the time to make sure you're buying the right bed.
