slump on one side, cant turn, fairly new bought 2-12

i have only had the mattress since Feb 2012 it shouldnt have messed up so quick 69x7 wt 20.17 WYB 48960244 4500RAC-1050 Comfort Supreme,List 455Tn South Sea 2-3-12 4500RAC-1050 IFET0514 this mattress should not have messed up this quick reported it to RAC but they said since it was pd off they couldnt do anything about it .
