Forty year old mattress/better than this one

The salesman at "Bluebonnet Furniture" went way beyond his description of this Corsiana mattress and hoe it had 720 coils and I would never feel your partner getting in and out of bed. He just failed to say that it would be much softer,when you remove the plastic that it was sealed in, So please take my word ,I told Mr.... over and over that I needed a firm mattress, he knowing this still told us this was the mattress I needed. I have written the mattress company and received an e-mail today telling me it has to have a one and a-half inch impression before they would consider warranty,and I would have to go back to the dealer I bought it from,No way, So please make sure you trade with a reptiablle mattress company that will stand behind their product. I feel like I would just air my experience,and "Hopefully" save someone else from making the same mistake I've made $1100.00 thrown away. Hope this will save someone,also it is very hard to handle ,it is 17" deep and no handle to help you lift it .
