After 6 months I saw the permanent dips where we slept on each side. I took photos and tried to submit under warranty. Nothing I sent was good enough to illustrate the deficiencies to the company. I gave up. Now I read everyone's reviews and I guess I'm not the only one. Sad story. $900 down the drain and off to search for a new bed.

We have purchased four sets of bedding over 40 years, and the last two sets included a two-sided pillow top, which had to be turned over and ene-to-end every two weeks. The last set is a memory foam coil which was supposed to keep us cool when sleeping in it. These last two were a waste of money. Both had permanent body indentations and inhad to quit sleeping on the second one. It did not keep my body cool. We now have the Corsicana innerspring and although not as thick a mattress, I have slept better and for longer periods of time, than I have in years.
Please excuse my 'typos' in my comments about the last forty years of experiences with buying mattresses. (ene to end should be end to end). (inhad should be I had)
