I am really shocked at the horrible results of this mattress -- within 2 years to the day, this mattress has developed DEEP BODY IMPRESSIONS, sagging at support points ( hips, back, shoulders). Visually, you'd never notice anything. But after 20 minutes the bed simply gives out, and you sink into gullies and divots that are painful I don't like to complain, but this painful sleep and waking up all night is miserable. I now have to sleep on an old twin bed.

I couldn't agree more this mattress after two years is the worst bed I have ever slept on. Now it's time to see if they will do anything about it!
