Comfort Guarantee only goes for far with Comfort King

I would like to start by saying I have purchased a total of 3 beds from Comfort King and the first 2 I loved, it is the most recent one that I have an issue with. I spent $3392 on a new pillowrest set 24ILD featuring FLOWT Anti-Gravity Gel bed and was looking forward to it being softer than my previous. When I received it, it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. I waited a couple of weeks, hoping it would get softer, and it didn't. I went into the store a total of 5 times trying to find ways to make it softer and had little success. The past few times I went in, the manager kept telling me that the bed should be extremely soft based upon what they had ME do to the bed. All the things that they had ME do to it made it a little softer, but still not soft as my previous less expensive bed. They made me do everything to the bed, except for 1 time they came over and made the adjustment. I ended up buying a 3 inch gel topper for it, which made it better, but I can't believe that I spent over $3000 for a bed and am stuck with something that is hard. They say that they don't have a return policy even though I found one online stating that they do. They also state that they have a comfort guarantee, which they do to a point and then will start charging you. I am extremely disappointed in their service and how they kept implying that it should be soft, when it isn't. (I had others lay on the new bed and then lay on the previous bed, which is only 2 years old, and everyone noticed a huge difference between the two beds) At this point they have lost all my future business and I will stop recommending them people to purchase beds from them.
