Terrible company with not customer service post sale. Do no honor their warranty.
We bought a mattress stuffed with wool and a down topper. There was absolutely no evidence of off-gassing of any sort and its been very comfortable and beautiful. They also ship with truckers who do not take back old mattresses, minimizing the chance of bed-bug infestation.
