In order to fix the mattress they would need it sent in and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to repair well obviously she threw the old mattress out as she replaced it with a new one for it to fail. Someone who lives on a fixed income.

I would not pay 100 dollars for it. Poor quality l. Hassle with the place we bought it from, the factory. They sent the mattress back to get fixed. Took 3 to 4 weeks for nothing . My wife is having major back issues now. Going to second hand store, better chance of better one. Just give our money back. Or give us a new one!!
