Don’t buy!

I have ordered my platform bed 2 different times. And I am still sleeping on the floor! Only because they can not do their jobs and send me all the parts! I asked for a supervisor! And I did not receive a call! All I wanted was the parts to but it together! And I can’t even get anyone to send me the parts! They gave me a fake email address! So I could supposedly tell them the parts I am missing when it never came with instructions! So how am I supposed to know the parts name that I’m missing! How hard is it to send a box with the screws and bolts that hold the thing together ? I’ve received the gram 2 times. But not once was I sent the parts to put it together. Big waste of money now I’m out $200 and sleeping on the floor! I repeat do not buy !
