Terrible Customer Service - Won't return calls / emails

We have had the mattress, for almost 8 weeks. The mattress will not hold air consistently. One side seems to lose air worse then the other. We have done everything the troubleshooting guide tells you to, and it still happens. we have reset the pump, hand tightened the hose connections and checked the o-rings. It has gone completely flat twice. The other issue is that both people have a tendency to roll to the middle. The air chambers sit right next to each other, with nothing in between. I prefer slightly softer, where my husband like slightly firmer. Both of us end up rolling towards the middle of the bed. I have called, emailed and left a live chat, but have not received any return reply's. The 100 night warranty, is void if you don't give them a chance to fix the problem, but yet, they won't contact you.
