Loved it at first, but now I sleep in a big sunken hole. I wake up with my shoulder hurting every day. My wifes' side hasn't sunk in yet. I only weigh 175 lbs.. This is our second one of these, having had the same problem with the first one. Returning it wasn't easy, as it's very heavy.

I have the same problem. I sleep in a hole. I’m 135lbs. If I turn to one side my body is on a downward slope. On my other side, my body is partially uphill. Hate this mattress. My hips kill me in the morning.
