Expensive backache

I am so disappointed in this purchase. Within just a couple months the mattress had deep indents and lacked proper support. By one year, we are both waking with terrible upper back pain. I've had generic store brand mattresses last year's longer at a fraction of the cost. We will never buy this brand again and will probably never shop at the retailer where the purchase was made either.
