Buying this mattress was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my entire life. After just 8 months of using this mattress it began sagging so much that it is causing my wife and I severe back pains. We tried working with Mattress Firm and Beauty Rest (Simmons Serta Bedding) on replacing this obviously faulty mattress and they basically told us "too bad, nothing we can do." Just look at the photos, a $2,000 mattress should never be this deformed after only 8 months of nightly sleeping and we are not big people at all. I submitted a warranty claim on this mattress and within 2 days they said "These are just normal body impressions so there is no claim". Sorry, those are NOT normal body impressions after 8 months. Since we got this mattress we've had nothing but major back pains and have had to visit a chiropractor. We have lost $2,000 on this defective mattress and had to spend another $2,000 on a replacement from a better company. Miraculously, our back pain has disappeared after just a few nights on a WinkBed mattress. I tried working with BeautyRest on a solution and was willing to give them another chance but they immediately brushed me off and ignored any subsequent emails from me. If you value your body and health DO NOT purchase this horrible mattress. Simmons Serta Bedding, Mattress Firm, and BeautyRest will not stand behind their own products. After sleeping on this mattress for a few months, we were told it was defective because of all the sagging. They did replace the mattress, but we are having the exact same problem with the new mattress. a $2500 mattress that is extra firm and used for less than a year should not be sagging. I will be making phone calls today to mattress firm to see if there is anything they can do to correct this misconception of being a good mattress. Wish me luck.
Do you actually have the Lux 2 cause I thought that came out just in 2024.
