We exchanged a defective Kingsdown mattress for the Simmons Beauty Rest Legend Plush and after 4 months there was a ridge in the middle of the king mattress and indentations of 1 1/2" on one side and 1 5/8" on the other. Our warranty was denied because we have 5 legs supporting the foundation instead of the 6 they require which was on a little tag attached to the mattress when it was delivered. Simmons denied the warranty as did Sleepy's. This mattress sells for $3500 and did not last for 6 months. Will never purchase another Simmons product and will never make another purchase at Sleepy's.

I paid over $3000 for the Kingsdown at Sleepy, after 3 years it sagged on both my side and where my wife sleeps. The warranty claim was also denied due to one verticle support missing at the feet. Sags were in the mid section and shoulder area. My wife and I are both under 190 pounds. I will not buy another Kingsdown, nor will I go to Sleepys since they will not support the claim. That is BS! I can't believe they would deny a claim for that! They did that on purpose!!! I'm guessing they didn't VERBALLY tell you that about the legs of the frame either. And what difference does it make if the BOXSPRING is the one that came with the mattress in the first place??? That is the dumbest @#$% I've ever heard! I'm looking to make a claim & have to go check my frame right now to see if that might be a problem! I've had nothing but back problems b/c mine started sagging by night FIVE! And I got mine from Sleepy's too. I'm not looking forward to a claim b/c I've read nothing but horror stories. I'm so sorry to hear so many people have a hard time also with this mattress. What a piece of crap!
