In the process of filing a warranty issue with Mattress Firm. As only 4.5 yrs old with a 30 year warranty. the sleep area indentions are 1 3/4 to 2 inches deep very noticable, looks like waves on the ocean. Warranty allows for a maximum of 1.5 inches. WIll report further as the warranty process progresses. Very disappointed as I bought the best available Beauty Rest Black king set at the time 8/12
