Terrible experience

Bought this mattress about 3 years ago it has a sink hole and is very lumpy. Called about warranty and when the service man showed up he said they wouldn’t take it unless I cleaned it told me to buy tuff stuff so I did that called to reschedule and then waited at home they canceled the appointment told me the service man called in sick. Called another day to schedule an appointment the only day I could do it was Monday or Tuesday schedule that for Tuesday waited all day no one showed Wednesday while at work got a phone call from the service man who said he was on his way. When I called back American signature to reschedule they told me they would not honor the warranty because the mattress was stained..put me through months of time and my son having bad back aches for them to not honor the warranty even after I told them I would bring it to them because the reason it wasn’t under warranty was because they couldn’t handle it..terrible experience
