Sagging on both sides up to 11/2"

Air Loom Mattress Co. (E.S. Kluft & Company) warrantied the first mattress and we upgraded to the Carlton East King firm with the understanding that a $2700.00 mattress would perform to the company and my standards. Not so, after only 110 nights of use the same situation of sagging occurred. Air loom will not stand behind a comfort issue and will only replace because of defective construction. I've had two professional mattress inspections perforned which Airloom say's does not indicate defective manufacturing and again will not address a comfort issue. Their customer relations people are like dealing with a used car salesman.

We can appreciate your disappointment with your comfort preference, and the fact that at the time you selected a firmness that turned out not to be what you needed. There have been 3 inspections completed on your mattress set. The first inspection noted the body impressions exceeded tolerance and the mattress was replaced without question. The second and third inspection completed on the replacement mattress noted there were no manufacturing defects and that the mattress was not as firm as you expected. The fact that we did replace the mattress on the initial inspection states we will honor the warranty if the mattress or foundation fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship. I just tossed a G$E$N$E$V$A (Read between the lines) Royal Aireloom mattress that sagged almost immediately. The company's representative was quick to say it did not fall within their specs of being defective. We lived with the mattress until this week when replaced by a sale mattress $350 at SEARS outlet for a SERTA brand. No pillow top but a much better rest. No more holes to fall into on both sides. Would never buy a Geneva again. Don't recommend it to anyone other than my worst.
