Where's the warranty??

RC Willey advertises a 20-year warranty. However, the written warrantee does not seem to exist. RC Willey sold me a mattress for over $2,000, but they cannot provide me with a written warranty. The mattress was delivered with the manufacturer warranty attached, but the 20-year was advertised by RC Willey above the mattress in the floorroom. Customer Services insists it's guaranteed for 20 (pro-rated after 10 years), but they refuse to provide anything in writing. They also advertised they would remove the old mattress. The delivery people refused to take our old mattress.

R..C. Willey is the best. I had a mattress problem after 3 years. They sent out a tech to measure the measurement met the 1 1/2 inch for warranty to kick in. I got a call from the warranty dept. they gave me full price and I picked a new mattress. By the way the only reason they didn't take your old mattress away. IT HAD STAINS. THANKS WILLEY
