We purchased this mattress 12/28/2018. Hubby and I have different mattress preferences and sought a mattress that would work for both of us. We believed that a mattress that broke down into different, replaceable components would allow us to customize and keep the mattress longer. I spent a lot of time speaking to a representative asking a million questions and verifying warranty in various scenarios. The representative assured me that their warranty was top in their industry. From the get go, we have had problems with comfort. Many calls, emails and adjustments recommended by Relief-Mart (now called Tempflow and Ultrabed, previously Selectabed, a division of Reliefmart). Everything from adding and removing foam layers, switching foam layers like taking the bottom one and bringing it to the top and vice versa, to blaming me for being short and telling me I’m not laying in the right spot on the mattress! Discovering the air levels require constant babying was frustrating. You set your air level but EVERYTHING affects the air level you set; if you get off the mattress and return to the bed and “fall” onto it or your pet lays next to you or you set the level with the pet next to you but the pet leaves, or your spouse wants to snuggle some and comes to your side of the bed. It ALL affects the air level. Going from level 35 to level 38 really affects my comfort so even if I set my level EVERY TIME I get in bed, these normal activities change the air level and I don’t realize it until I wake up in the middle of the night with extreme back pain or hip pain. Then there are issues with the foam layers; feeling that even with the foam layers, you still “bottom out” where you don’t have enough support between you and the air chambers and you get pressure points. My hips, my tailbone…I wake up with such pain and numbness. Relief-mart (Selectable) has made it so hard to get warranty help, I have written them off as useless. I’m sure that is their normal practice, making it impossible to ever use the warranty.
