It cost me $39.90 to fix the defective hose connectors and now the pump will not indicate the pressure in the mattress. The fix will cost me $304.35 to replace the defective pump. I do not recommend Air Beds Unlimited because it will cost you more money in the long run. I also have a 16 year old Sleep Number bed which has never been a problem.

Cons:

  • Ease of Care

Customer has had his bed since 2010. His pump went out, which could be from a variety of causes, including a power surge from lightening. The cost of the replacement pump was based on the customers limited warranty. The retail cost of the pump, from the Air Beds Unlimited website, is $399.00. It looks like Air Beds Unlimited was following the limited warranty that was provided with the pump and should not be a reflection on Air Beds Unlimited. There are. no complaints about the quality of the product.
