The mattress has met my expectations for quality sleeping for both myself and my husband once we got used to it. However as wonderful as it is it’s a major pain to make properly wecause of its weight and thickness.i would not buy again because of it. Which makes me sad because it’s a great mattress!

We wanted a very firm mattress that would not need replacing in just 2-3 years. We've had our WinkBed for almost 1 year and it still feels comfortable. It doesn't sag in the center, it still feels firm but springy, and my husband has experienced a minor decrease in back/hip discomfort. I look forward to going to bed, and have taken up reading in bed and meditation in bed, just because I like lying on the mattress. I am proud that we chose Wink over other mattress companies. I feel like we really received a quality product.

Wanted a firm mattress. While this is quite so, the foam top layer holds body impressions making the more slept on side feel a bit lower. With no handles to help, I find it heavy to rotate regularly, so I notice this unevenness more. That is my only complaint.
I slept on an adjustable air mattress for years, suffering with terrible pain in the morning. I have arthritis. Then I developed a joint disorder that made life really painful. Ordered the Wink bed in the firmer version according to weight guidelines. It’s the best bed I have ever owned. There is wonderful support but the cushiony top creates a softer feel that doesn’t press on my joints.

Hate this mattress. Clumps up down middle. Worst mattress.
I can't sleep without flopping around.
Both of us have lower back and neck pain with this mattress.
Numbness, headaches.
Is not what we was told on comfort and ECT.
MY adult kids played in it and did not like it at all.

I told them we was told to lay on it.
I'll start by saying that I bought the firm version (because that's what I usually sleep on and prefer). However, this mattress reads as extra-firm with some slight cushion on top. Almost right away, I added a $300 foam topper to keep my hips and shoulders happy.
The topper also has helped to alleviate my obsession with the uneven compression of the mattress foam on top. The mattress has no grips/handles and is very, very heavy, so it is hard to turn/rotate regularly.
The sides are very supportive. The mattress is so deep that it's getting hard to find sheets that fit. The trend in mattresses is thinner foam.
I really do love my bed now, and would recommend Wink as a quality mattress, as long as the buyer 1) has the strength and grip to move it, 2) orders the correct firmness/softness.
