Best sleep on this mattress

I'm a digital nomad, so I may be away from my bed, living in any country for weeks or months at a time. I own a travel and event planning company, so I'm likely to be staying at high-end resorts anywhere in the world. NO other bed I've slept in compares to my own bed--this mattress. Last year I left the States for six months and put everything I own in storage. When I came back, I traveled around the south, so I still didn't get my stuff out of storage. Finally moved this past weekend and slept in my own bed for the first time since last June. I slept TEN HOURS the first night, nine the next, and it was the best sleep I have had in months. I hate firm beds. I have to put pillows under me just to sleep on them. I also hate being hot while I sleep. My last bed, a Tempurpedic, used to have me sweating. This one is perfect. Even sitting on it feels like sinking into luxury. It's also very well made. Despite standing on its side in a storage unit for nearly a year, it quickly adjusted to being set up again and is just as comfortable as ever. No lumps, no dips.

What happened to the Beautyrest brand

I have always purchased Simmons Beautyrest mattresses and was happy prior to this purchase I had another Beautyrest mattress which once again sunk it felt like I was sleeping on Springs and destroyed my shoulder they allowed me compensation and I purchased this mattress the Shakespeare collection C plush for the past year at least this mattress has been a nightmare I will be contacting Beautyrest I weigh approximately 123 lb this mattress wore worse than the previous one I am no longer going to buy Beautyrest😔 I think it's crazy to purchase to have to purchase a mattress every 5 years

Pick another mattress!

This mattress felt wonderful when it was first purchased and until the first year of use. After that, it no longer conforms to your body as marketed. It has become very firm and uncomfortable. There is a 10-year warrantly on the product, but it is ignored.

I agree with every other negative review: This mattress is a piece of s***. It hasn't even been a year since we bought it, and I already feel like I have zero back support. I cannot fall asleep on my back with this mattress and I wake up with back pain. It definitely isn't as firm as when we bought it, and you can see it when looking at how loose the top fabric is now compared to the sides (It has a plush top). It is a shame that a) stores do not provide any return / guarantee unless there's an extreme visually issue. And b) that they are getting away with selling those extremely cheap fabrication at a high cost. This was originally around 1K, which is insane for such a s*** product.

The topper on this mattress is completely useless. It compresses down to a hard surface. Your body sinks in until you hit the hard mattress, so you don't get any pressure relief while laying on your side. It also provides no back support. Honestly the most uncomfortable mattress I've slept on. Warranty is terrible. Mattress developed sink holes right away, but manufacturer states that the depression must be greater than 1.5" with no pressure applied. Whole body is out of alignment on this mattress, but we are told that is a comfort issue not covered under warranty.

Very hard and uncomfortable.

Don't buy it!! Pick something else. We can't get comfortable on this mattress. It is hard even though it's a plush and does not support my body. I feels cheaply made.

Sinking 1 1/2 with proper support

Terrible, had to buy new mattress (after 2 yrs) as warranty or email claims go un answered. Customer service will not return calls or reach out. Warranty claim goes into black hole. WORST BED EVER!
