This Mattress is a waste of Money!

Unless you like sleeping in the equivalent of Death Valley, DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! And just for the record, I'm a 5'7", 165lb. female, sleeping solo about 60% of the time I've owned this mattress...just saying.

Sleep better on my couch

I am very disappointed in this mattress. Also disappointed in the response of the store and time it's taking to get this resolved. I filed a claim 3 weeks ago and can't get any help. Mattress has sagged close to 2 inches from the center to the outer edge of bed. I can rotate the bed and I am sleeping up hill, constantly moving around trying to get comfortable. I sleep better on my couch!

Worst mattress EVER!

Immediately upon sleeping in this mattress we contacted the manufacturer to report a defect. They sent someone out with a string and ruler. Worst B.S. customer support EVER. To this day, I can set a tennis ball on the mattress and it rolls off the bed. I have even rolled off the bed in my sleep. I wouldn't wish this mattress on a Gitmo prisoner as it would be torture. I will never, EVER purchase another Serta mattress again. Completely disappointed.

Not as great as I had hoped.

The mattress is much softer and gushy. It also is too hot. Tried using a mattress cover but even after removing it the mattress gets too hot.

Floating in the Air

I have extreme arthritis of the shoulders,back, hip and knees. I also have Neuropathy my symptoms include loss of “true feelings” and strange sensations in my feet, legs, lower arms and hands. My symptoms include loss of “true feelings” and strange sensations in my affected body parts when I am lying down in my bed I usually have so many pains so I have to take meds to make them stop. Just lying on this bed in the showroom, my legs and back didn't hurt or twitch. Now I sleep like never before with no meds or twitching of the legs and back. If you are looking for natural pain relief, look no further than the Serta Ceremony mattress...
