I've had this bed for 5 years and it has given me more ba...

I've had this bed for 5 years and it has given me more back problems than i had before i started using it. They replaced it once and its still horrible. Its also super hot. Tried a topper and new frame and that didn't even help. I would never recommend it. Serta service was horrible. They claim they want you to be satisfied but they can care less.

We hate this bed!

We have had this bed for a while now and it's just way too firm. How we've gone 5+ years with it is because we got a mattress topper that has worked pretty good, but this was probably our worst purchase. Teaches us to not listen to the sales guy at Macy's who was pushing this model...likely for commission. Anyway, hope this helps others. If you like it firm, than maybe this is for you.
