1. this mattress is so soft that both a 103lb and 150lb person sank right to the platform slats
2. you must assemble this mattress - this is a major challenge for one person if getting a king or queen
3. it comes in two boxes
4. they charge a return fee if you wont keep it the full trial period
5. then, and trust me, this is HARD, to return it you need to somehow repackaged it!!!
6. this mattress is essentially buying 3 latex mattress toppers then stacking them on top of each other and then trying to get a cover around them.
with a move, a break up and another move i have bought a saatva, helix and tempur pedic in last several years and the plush beds is BY FAR THE WORSE

We love our 10" Botanical Bliss Mattress. It's the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. The pressure relief is truly incredible and the mattress cushions your whole body. Something else that we did not know is that it sleeps cool, which is a nice added bonus. Great mattress. We are very happy.
