This mattress HR400 was comfortable for about 2 months then began losing firmness. I very much regret this purchase and wish i had kept my old mattress of 20 years (Sealy posturepedic). The firmness is essentially gone and i wake up with back
pain daily. I've placed boards underneath the mattress but that hasn't helped. The moral of this story is you get what you pay for...!
i do not recommend anyone purchasing this mattress.

Biggest waste of a substantial amount of money ever!
Mattress HR200 is a total piece of junk that you SHOULD be embarrassed to sell! Lasted less than 2 years! At first, I blamed myself partly for being too fat (175 lbs), which was stupid. Mattress quickly went bad -- the upper middle springs (at stomach level) started poking through, ALL THE WAY THROUGH!, the mattress cover on one side. I moved over to the other side. Same thing -- the springs poked through the mattress, both top & bottom, ruining both the mattress AND the box springs! Also, I could make the top & bottom edges of the mattress touch with little effort. JUNK, CRAP, JUNK, RIP-OFF, JUNK, JUNK, JUNK, JUNK! You should have paid me to take it away from the store!

This mattress is very noisy, mostly around the outside edges. It is very annoying.The mattress has been replaced once, but the replacement mattress is worse than the first one. I don't like the inconvenience of dealing with the mattress replacement. Also, I shouldn't have to keep paying the delivery charge.
