Ghostbed is Real Deal on 100-Night Sleep Trial

Originally Purchased Bedframes and Split King Mattresses. ALL issues / problems were immediately remediated by Ghostbed Team. They shipped out new parts for Bedframe that were needed. I was initially NOT satisfied with the Split-King mattress (3D-Matrix) I selected and after ~90-days they swapped out another mattress type that was more suitable (I required a firmer mattress type). There were no delays or stalling or reneging by the Ghostbed Team to make it Right. 5-STARS *****

Ugh! I wanted to love it...

My husband sleeps like a rock on this bed. He is a combo sleeper that likes medium to firm mattresses and he just loves this bed. I am a strict side sleeper, very rarely I will end up on my back. I sleep really hot. I prefer a mattress that is supportive but will also not cause pressure on my shoulders and hips. I’d rather sleep in a cloud. This mattress seemed great from reading about it, but actually sleeping on it was very disappointing for me. The first time I laid on it on my back, I thought that it was awesome for the back, but I hadn’t even given it the chance to fully form after opening it. I do still think it is a good back sleeper mattress after having it for several weeks. This mattress doesn’t really actively cool me down.. our AC is set at 73° and I have the ceiling fan and 2 small fans going in the room (regardless of the time of the year, I have to have my fans.. currently it is at the end of summer and I live in the south) and I did feel some heat coming off me, but nothing terribly excessive. The firmness of the mattress is my biggest issue... there is so much pressure on my shoulders that it is kinking up my neck and causing headaches. I‘m in a lot of pain. I really wanted to love this mattress since my husband does, but we will be returning it and looking at others that are less firm.
