The minute I laid on this bed it felt like nothing I had ever experienced. My back and hip problems during sleep have disappeared. I have had this Sterling & Thomas mattress for ten years and am still in love with it. I have slept on all types of mattresses since then and am left in the AM with back aches or hot during the night. I would recommend this mattress for anyone. I was told by the salesman most mattress' are made in 15 min.,this mattress takes 3 days to complete. USA workmanship!
I get the most compliments ever with this mattress. My whole family loves my mattress. Well I came home today because I believe I have to get a new mattress as my newly ordered bed does not come in a California King and I believe my mattress is a CK. So I’m looked up the brand to see how to get another. I loveeeee my mattress and hate to give it up :(

I was satisfied until almost a year and it started creaking,turned the box spring around and the mattress and still did not stop it Then i looked at the box spring again and found it has cardboard in it and that's what's squeaking.Never had a box spring built so cheap!!

Someone please help.. I had my Sterling Thomas for 14 years it was the best bed ever for my sciatica and degenerative disc. It finally wore out. I have contacted the company and it says they are closed. I have tried Temperpedic and now a Serta hybrid.. Oh the back pain! I want my old bed back. Help... Please tell me this company still makes it, and is not really closed.

I bought this mattress 9 years ago and love it! I look forward to going to bed every night knowing how comfortable it still is. I felt guilty buying it instead of a cheap mattress but so glad I did. Worth every penny. A good night sleep really makes a difference in my mood!
I paid exactly 1695.00 for this set and I was dissatisfied upon delivery, it had a large bump from being stood on edge while the frame was being assembled but I was told it would fall out, not still there. company refused to replace it. The cool max I like as I have hot flashes at night. But I have made my chiropractor rich since I've had it as the total lack of support has caused me back and hip and knee problems, hip out of joint and knee out of socket because I sleep on my side, back pain every morning. Also I have had a lot of allergies since having this set, but didn't realize that it could be my mattress set until reading the stats on foam mattresses, I believe this is the culprit for all the sneezing and coughing every morning. I am going this morning to buy something else, I am tired of being tired and in pain every morning, tossing and turning all night trying to get out of a hole the size of a crater. High end NOT, There id nothing you can do to support this mattress! The boxes are solid and supported with the frame, the mattress just sags in the middle and nothing you put under it will help! Poor Poor value for your money!
All I want is a new mattress with a new box spring because changing the mattress require the same factory box springs to that mattress, because all mattress don't work with different box springs.
do not buy this mattress because after a few months the middle starts to sink. My husband and I both are dissappointed. The store came out and agreed to give another mattress. they think the middle was not constructed right. we have no choice but to try another one but we would rather have our money back to buy a different brand.
I am a single 150 lb guy who used this mattress for less than a year before it started "sinking in" into the middle. I purchased the mattress and box spring together and my bed frame supports from the middle and the mattress still has failed. Unfortunately, I sleep on my stomach and this causes me to bend awkwardly and wake up feeling awful.
