Stearns & Fraudster - DO NOT BUY

My partner and I, 28 / 32 years of age, both under 200 lbs, bought a brand new Stearns and Foster mattress with box spring and frame, and it is giving us both serious back and hip pain. We struggle to get to sleep. We struggle to stay asleep. We wake up in pain. The mattress is less than 3 years old and we paid over $2000 for it. Both sides where we sleep are sagging at the hips/midsection and just like every other review of 2 sleepers there's a hill in between us... so after 2.5 years and $2000 we're stuck sleeping in what feels like separate hammocks. I have no idea how this company is still in business. It's incredibly frustrating having to go through the whole mattress cartel song and dance yet again hoping this time we don't get duped. Literally have to throw away a 2.5 year high end mattress we treated like GOLD because it's made with the cheapest materials known to man. Do not buy from this brand.

Pure Luxury

This is my 2nd Sterns & Foster luxury mattress over a 20 year history. This mattress(Airedale Luxury Plush Euro Cal King) is like sleeping in plush cotton Heaven. I've had my 2nd mattress for 5 yrs and you can barely see the difference from when it was brand new. We have the Cal. king & I'm so impressed still. I can't even tell when my husband rolls over, no movement transfer. I have had spinal surgery and this bed supports my entire body like a glove. I don't see myself ever buying a different brand mattress. Very affordable. I think with tax it was $2,100.00 or in the ballpark and your bed is in my opinion the most important purchase in your home. Its not uncommon to see luxury beds run $5,000-8,000 so this bed will stack up with any other luxury bed without the cost. Will be a Sterns & Foster customer for life. Thanks, Debbie

Sealy sucks!

There should be laws against lying mattress companies. I purchased this bed and within 6 months it was failing but not ENOUGH for the warranty to be valid. These people are crooks and so are the dealers that sell them. I wake up with headaches and pain everyday because of this horrible mattress.

Don't waste your money

We spent a lot of time comparing construction, consumer ratings, and laying on mattresses before we bought this mattress from a certified Stearns & Foster dealer. Our satisfaction with this mattress has steadily been declining and now, three years later, we hate it! We wake up every morning with our backs hurting so much that we have to stretch and try to walk the hurt off. We have a king mattress and there are very definite depressions in the mattress where we sleep on each side and big hump in the middle. There is no trial sleep guarantee when you purchase and while we don't yet know if we will be successful with our warranty claim, the warranty as it appears, is less than desirable for ever purchasing this mattress again.

Love this bed!

Had a crappy mattress and needed something better after a surgery. Was reluctant but a family member encouraged me to get this bed. I’m so thrilled I did, I love it and 2 years in it still looks and feels amazing! Maybe a little hot but not sure that’s the beds fault.

An Excellent Mattress

My wife and I love this mattress. It is firm, but has a some softness. I would definitely buy it again. My previous mattress was an Aireloom (which is an even higher brand level), and I put this mattress on par with that.

Great Mattress, Great Store

Earl was very helpful in the store and not at all pushy. He is knowledgeable and made the shopping and buying experience great. I highly recommend Mattress King in Muskogee and love this Stearns and Foster Mattress!
