Saggy mattress at 5 years!

The mattress lasted 5 yrs. Time to buy another one and for the cost we paid for this mattress and its inability to last 12 yrs according to your recommendations, my husband and I are extremely disappointed. We will be looking for a better mattress soon. It is saggy and we feel like we’re sleeping in a hole. We are not overweight, so durability of this product is the problem.

An older fellow who's finally found comfort thank you

The comfort of this mattress is surpassed by any I have ever tried I'm 67 and finally finally can get a good night's sleep thank you these old bones say thank you in a way you'll never know

Super Size Mama - Super Comfy Mattress

Need that super firm support due to assorted physical ailments (age and injury). This mattress provides that and still is extremely comfortable. Have 3" foam topper on it that gives the feel of a pillow top without sacrificing the firmness of the mattress PLUS (and very importantly), we're able to "rotate" that mattress to provide even wear. Best mattress ever.

Bad choice -Stearns & Foster Hilary mattress

Noticeable dent in center where I sleep. Terribly disappointed in product. I feel like manufacturer is selling a junk product for way too much money & then the stores say warranty is no good because this mattress was a gift to me. Warranty should go with the product & not the buyers. The manufacturer should stand behind their product regardless who pays!! It is an easy way out for them!

Every friend or family that has laid on my bed had melted!

This is the best bed Ive owned and I had spinal stenosis and back issues and I dont ever want to get rid of it unless it’s the same brand but better! 😊

Poor mattress

The mattress is poor quality. My back is killing me and I’m not sleeping well at all. For an expensive product it’s designed poorly.

the bed sink in the middle

I love the bed very comfortable but it's Sink in the middle I had to sleep on the edges which does not sink but it forces you back to the middle the bed is very comfortable but no support in the middle after 4 years I'm returning the bed

Need Back Support - Bought Lux Estate Cathryn (Kathryn) Luxury Firm

Originally purchased a Simmons Oceanside pillowtop. It was too soft and we sank right into it over night. It felt like sleeping in a trough because there was so much cushioning foam and the springs were 15.5 gauge. We exchanged it for this S&F and it is perfect so far. Just the right amount of cushioning on top. It has helped with my back pain, and I hope that it lasts 20 years as we are on the lighter end of the weight scale.
