Luxuriously Supportive

I never want to get out of this bed! This is by far the best mattress I’ve ever slept on. I’m not sure about the negative reviews, but rest assured, if you’re considering this mattress, GO FOR IT! It’s nothing less than amazing. It has all the benefits of a Tempur-Pedic without the price tag, and without the heat. It’s so comfortable I can hardly get out of bed. I have insomnia, but since getting this mattress, I sleep like a baby. Highly recommend.

Like a rock.

They call this a luxury firm. I'm numb from all the pain from this mattress. It doesn't matter how I sleep. I will wake up too numb and sore from this mattress having zero give.

This mattress has led to overall lower back pain since I've owned the product. Although there is memory foam in the product, it acts more like a pillowtop. This mattress is rated as a medium but the springs really don't give. I feel like the mattress takes a firm spring and a soft pillowtop to give you an unsupportive mattress. After sleeping on this mattress for 3 years I honestly would not recommend purchasing it.

Great investment... even better when it's on sale!

I would recommend this mattress. Great sleep quality since purchase. I sleep hot but now I stay cool. You need to give Yourself at least 1 month to get use to the bed. Initially I didn't like it, but now I love it. It is harder to move around compared to some other mattress. I'm light and no problems with sagging so far.

Not What We Expeted and over-paid compared to other sites

Our Store Salesman was wonderful, and offered many discounts, but forgot some of the discounts and even though we bought 2-types of beds, one being a floor model, we did not expect pieces to be missing that were on the bed when we purchased it. Parts were left by the Delivery Men and we are now responsible for replacing them. It was not worth the time or money and now we both suffer more from back aches. Not a real deal at all.

SCAM

I feel so cheated and scammed. This is a horrible mattress from a horrible company. I should have done my research. I now see that "Dr. Preferred" is the line and doesn't actually mean PREFERRED. I had more back pain then with my horrible cheap IKEA mattress. I called them and they will do NOTHING.

Still aching

Went to get memory foam, but salesclerk said this mattress was better. Hubby and i awaken with back pain since the purchase. i regret purchasing this mattress
