Very disappointed with this mattress. Began creaking like an old bed after 1 month! The sides have lost support and sink when you sit on the bed. You can feel the springs through the sides. I have flipped and turned the mattress as instructed. I weigh 160 lbs and the bed is already saggy after only a few months. It is no longer comfortable to sleep on. I would never purchase any Gold Bond mattress again.

My friend (of 80 years old) gave the above remark concerning her nights sleeping on this mattress (in a nursing home setting) for a month and a half. She wanted to buy it for her own use at home.
I tried it for only a few minutes and immediately fell asleep. I am on here today trying to find out how to buy the complete set for myself.
I would definitely recommend this to everyone over 70 years.

We had a couple of Gold Bond mattresses. They are terrible. They sink in the middle. Customer service is terrible. We spoke to the sales rep for this area, sending him pictures of the dip in the mattress and he never got back to us. Sent an email to Gold Bond. They never got back to us. Worst mattress I have slept on in my life and terrible customer service. We had to go and buy another mattress because we could not get a response from Gold Bond and just could not sleep on it any more. Bought a Serta and love it.
