Wont buy any other mattress for myself

Terrible and I want my 20 year old mattress back

You can feel when your sleeping partner makes even the slightest movement on the other side of the bed. I tried to return but they would not let me at Mattress Direct. I should write the Dr. who works here in Baton Rouge and tell him about his mattress. The mattress does not really feel firm. Everytime my husband turns I feel it and this is king bed. Never had this before with my old Sealy mattress from 1996 to 2016. I bought a Dr. Green Mattress because I saw his mattresses in the store plus he was my mom's dr. So I thought it got to be good. NOT. I may write maybe he will help me.

Horrible Mattress!!!

We purchased the set and within a few weeks, the box springs had a broken board inside it. The store replaced that immediately, but the overall comfort, appearance, wear, sag, etc. is horrible. We regret buying this set every day, and was told it was recommended by a doctor for our health conditions, including back pain, hip pain, etc. We cannot afford another new set but we don’t sleep well any night, and don’t know what to do with it now!!! Would NEVER recommend this type of mattress/set.

Queen Auburn firm Mattess

We figured being it was a serta that it would be a better mattress. We are totally disappointed. We have had it 3 years and I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. It is a Queen Auburn Firm. We wake up with aches and pains that we never had before! The only thing good about it is the material that was used on it has held up. But otherwise it sags and far from being firm!

Backpain? Don't go there

Not much support. Bed started hammocking almost immediately. Guess I should have known that firm and pillow top don't go with one another. Lesson learned

Not durable

This was a replacement for another Serta mattress that didn't hold up. After less than a year, this one is not much better. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Disappointment

I had this mattress set for less that two weeks and it started sagging. By week four it had sagged by two and a half inches. I was really hoping this mattress set would be great for me. It has been a nightmare. I had to spend another $500 plus tax to upgrade and that was just for another mattress. I hope I can depend on the new mattress to fulfill my needs. Next time I will buy a Sterns & Foster.
