This bed as we were told that it would have to be turned upside-down once every 6 months and we are turning it once every 3 weeks. This is not what I expected. We did let the store salesman know he spoke to the owners and he stated that they could not do anything other the come and turn the bed once. We tried several beds from Cantwell before this last bed and the price was extremely high for the quality. Very Poor Quality.
