    There are 2 deep imprints from where my husband and I sleep.

    There is also a big hump in the middle of the bed. We bought a new mattress after 6 years. It was a great mattress for only 3 years.

    Short life durability

    Bought in 2015, was comfortable for the first 4 years only. Compared to previous mattresses bought in my life which lasted for at least 10 years this one was not a good buy.

    Premium sleeping surface - very happy with mattress

    We've had this mattress for a few years and the mattress is still in excellent condition and we have wonderful sleeps. Happy to have invested in this!

    I think I read where this mattress Beautyrest Symphony is...

    I think I read where this mattress Beautyrest Symphony is discontinued. No wonder , it is a very poor mattress for what we paid . Very disappointed.

    Terrible investment

    Matrix is bended and we will claim warranty to switch to another brand. Very expensive matrix and very poor quality

    Horrible excuse for a mattress

    Initially it was comfy and I didn't sleep too bad, but far from great. Mediocre at best. After about 3 months my sleep quality declined and has continued to do so for the approx 12 months I have owned it. It now has 2 very distinct depressions in it where we sleep. Feels like we are sleeping in a big hollow. It is impossible to get comfortable. My shoulders ache severely to the point of keeping me awake. My lower back is in pain when I wake. I try all sleeping positions and there is no comfort to be found. It should not be this badly worn out in less than a year. This is a horrible mattress and a complete waste of the $1700. I paid for it.
