Good for pressure on shoulders--awful for back pain
purchased bed 1 week ago....immediate increase in back pain--but my shoulders felt better ---hoped back pain would improve--IT HASN'T --and the store has a no return policy so I'm out $1,000 plus.....may have to sleep on the couch which is deplorable since I have a pricey bed I can't use. I would be eternally grateful if the manufacturer could intervene and help negotiate with Coomer Furniture. My name is Sherri Morgan.
