Great but if you’d like to sink in the middle. Within a year and a half this bed starts to concave into the center and you start getting poked by springs the entire time. They replace this mattress once already with us only a year old and it does the same thing now. I would not recommend this company or mattress to anyone

This mattress feels perfect.  Soft but with support.  We absolutely LOVE it.  Reminds us of Marriott hotel's best mattress.

Initially, the mattress was great. After 5 years, I started noticing that the sides and middle were firm, while there were 2 trenches in each side were humans sleep.  I rotated the mattress regularly. Then I tried rotating only 90 degrees and sleeping sideways for a year. For the past year, I wake up with extreme neck and shoulder pain daily. This mattress will not last 10 years.
