Not there when you need them

Purchased Tyndall Pedic mattress. Was excited. This is a lumpy bumpy mess. Tried to remedy. Tyndall sent some guy from Maryland to look at mattress. No luck...just stuck. Now have to call city to come pick it up so we can get a new mattress.
Do not buy mattress from Tyndall!
Other products are ok.
