They have No clue on how to really treat a customer, they will NOT return phone calls when there is a problem. Call the main customer service phone number or email customer service and they "DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL YOU BACK".
Please think twice when you are considering them for a purchase that is your Hard Earned money. It will be a Big problem. They will promise you the return phone calls by the Manager Bill and guess what "Nothing" at all. Be Careful.
