I finally realize how much they suck after shopping at another mattress store many years later. The store has a restocking fee if you exchange. Also if you exchange a mattress like I have they not only charge u a restocking fee but they also do not give you in store credit if your second mattress is of lesser value than the first. Also they only give u 30 days for exchanges. In my recent purchase from another store, they charged no delivery fee, restocking fee, gives 365 days for unlimited exchange, and salesman was more knowledgable than at America's Mattress.

    Wow! Recently purchased an iComfort King there and had the completely opposite experience. Great buy from start to finish..they were offering 120 day "comfort"exchange and no delivery charge
