I love my really old Aireloom mattress, but I am reading so many complaints about Aireloom mattresses sagging that I don't know what to do about replacing it. I've never slept on any other mattress, but all these negative review have me troubled and a bit turned off. I was going to buy a new one today, but now I'm not sure. Can someone please help me with my decision? Thanks.

Our Aireloom bed is the worst bed that we have had in 50 years. Directly after purchasing it 2 years ago, my husband and I experienced pressure pain. We diligently turned the bed to no avail. We were assured that the bed was wonderful. I kick myself everyday for not holding out and buying a Marshall mattress or looking further afield. We are off today to replace this 2 year old bed. What a shame. This is not a copy cat post.

Yes, Kluft is a scam. I have only had mine for two years. They never sent an inspector out. I had to put a stupid ruler and broom to show the problem. That doesn’t work because my bed is so fluffy and it’s after I have slept on it where it sinks in. Do NOT buy an Heirloom Hermosa mattress!!!

Purchased Fiji Aireloom Mattress Jan 21, 2021 for $5,000. It now has horrible body impressions in less than 1.5 years that make our bodies ache horribly. Filed complaint as instructed on warranty & inspector was sent out immediately to do inspection. Five days later, received 'denied' response & addendum to their non-existent warranty to buy a 'Bunkie Board'. What?? Spend more money??? They indicate impressions are not 1.5 inches & that body impressions are to be expected. So sad we spent our money on this crap!! This bed looks beautiful! But, you must cover it immediately, so the beauty will always be hidden. It will sag on both sides & have huge lump in middle. We turn this heavy bed every three months to comply with warranty. E.S. Kluft & Co., will never honor this 10 year warranty & lord knows we tried everything including writing to CA Attorneys General Office. We are seniors who thought buying this very expensive bed would be our last. So not the case!!! Kluft will be extremely rude to you when you call & make you feel unimportant. They got your money, all your money!! That's all that matters to them. Don't be suckers like us. Run, run far away!! Be assured this not a bot writing this review, but a real live, mad as a hornet human!

This mattress is overpriced. We bought the Aireloom mattress because it was supposed to last for up to 20 years. Unfortunately, after a few months the mattress began to sag and became very uncomfortable. Back, hip , shoulder pain is not what I call comfortable. We are trying to return it because it is under warranty. But they have you there. You pay the freight to return. Horrible!!!
