Hi Miriam -- The Natura Briza mattress is an air mattress which contains a 6 zone air chamber. The tubes you're seeing are probably running from the pump to the air chambers, or perhaps between the air chambers.

Hello - thank you for your response. Why is there a need to pump air between the air chambers or the tubes?

What is the meaning of soya latex foam? What are the precautions we need to know if we bought a new mattress?

Re: the air pump, the way air mattresses work is that they can be inflated and deflated to different levels of firmness. Inflating and deflating requires a pump, as well as tubes to connect the pump and the air chambers.

Re: soya latex foam, where did you come across this? From the name, it sounds like a synthetic or blended latex foam whose synthetic component is made partly from soybean oil rather than petroleum. However, I'm not familiar with the "Soya" brand. If you can share a link to where you saw this I might be able to help more.

Do we need an air pump to have the air circulate? Is there an air pump, underneath the mattress or we need an extra air pump?

It is a 5 year old mattress

Hi Miriam -- Does your bed not have an air pump? If not, I'm stumped... If so, it seems strange that you wouldn't have needed to operate it in 5 years, but if you've been happy with the bed over that time then you must be satisfied with whatever inflation level is currently in the chambers.
