Bed was the best bed I have had till a couple of months ago.  Started noticing back pain on rising. Then this week a 3" divot appeared under the memory foam with some sort of failure of underlying structure, and now a  3 ft. longitudinal tear in the memory foam under the fabric has appeared with more failure under the memory foam, and is also occurring on the other side of the bed now. Spent way too much money for this. Attempting to get a refund or new mattress

My wife and I owned this mattress for four months and so far we are very pleased with it.  She has back issues and prefers a firm mattress while I typically prefer something softer.  We found this mattress to be much more comfortable than most inner spring mattresses and we prefer it to the top-rated memory foam models.  Most memory foam models make rolling over or getting out of bed challenging because you tend to sink into them.  That is not the case with this mattress.  ThIs mattress is very supportive and literally floats your body without allowing you to sink into the mattress.  Heat retention is never an issue.  The mattress also quiet and retains just enough rebound to aid with certain extra curricular activities.  It is a great mattress choice for those looking for an alternative to a traditional inner spring mattress and have not been impressed by memory foam mattresses.  Unfortunately I cannot speak to the long-term durability of the mattress but it is looking good so far.  I would recommend this mattress to friends or family.
