On 8/27/11We finally made a decision and purchased the perfect mattress.
Cons:
Got the wrong mattress and they refuse to fix it

Hung up on, over 12 hours on the phone and no end it sight. Sears was a company I went to and trusted because I believed they had superior customer service, but I can see that I was wrong, as there is no end in sight for this problem.
