Just got our new mattress delivered Saturday. We bought it at the Philly Home Show. Trish was the best, most knowledgable mattress salesperson I have ever experienced. We were a little skeptical about a memory foam mattress. But I have to say, I can not tell you the last time I have slept so well and woken up completely refreshed and pain free. This is a fantastic company with a product superior to any other we tried, including tempurpedic. The call from the president of the company thanking us for our purchase was the icing on the cake. We got the Paradise Split King. We are so glad that Trish got us to try this mattress. The warranty is the best on the market. We got the fully adjustable and massaging. The delivery went off without a hitch. Our Bernese Mountain Dog loves the bed almost as much as we do. if anyone is considering a new bed, it would recommend REM 100%!!!!! My experience with my mattress is ongoing. Going from a king to a queen was a drastic change. First night my leg was hanging over the side and my husband actually fell! The kids would all sleep on our bed before and when they tried to with our new bed, it was crowded. Quickly we changed that. No more kids in our bed and we are now used to our size of bed. I even notice know that we don't move around as much so the queen is more than enough space. Its an incredible mattress and I would recommend it to anyone who values their sleep. Thanks REM!

Very comfortable, wonderful all my family and friends they love it,,,,,, and even my dogs they love to play laying on it,,,,very relaxing specially when I'm dead tired from whole day standing and walking. So when I got just elevate my feet and turned on the massager oh fell great and ready for another day work....

We wanted the most natural and supportive mattress available. We actually preferred the REM over the organic selections. It has been a pure pleasure to sleep on it every night. We have the best sleep experience we've ever had. It feels very "natural and supportive". It's been the best purchase we've ever made, well worth the price. Don't hesitate to become a REM owner!

I have had two different Doctors say that I have inproved health. I and they believe it is because of my R.E.M. adjustable, Martinigue matteress.

I have never tried a mattress out before where I didn't want to leave the bed - I just wanted to stay there. The salesman was so knowledgable and after manipulating the controls for a few minutes I had NO back pain at all. I was also impressed that while I was waiting at the display two groups of people were coming back to buy more. Evidently they had bought beds for their Scottsdale winter homes last year and came back to buy beds for their summer homes. That impressed me.

However, my mate had a fit about the price and I had to cancel my order. I am still upset about it. Interested any good arguments on price so I can convince him to let me reinstate my order??

Ordered my Martinique bed and am completely happy with it. I would recommend people to go into the store and try out the different types of beds as everyone is different. I tried the Martinique and immediately fell in love with it. I purchased the Cal King Split with the adjustable base. What sold me on the adjustable base was the zero gravity setting ( Its so relaxing ) .When I get home from work I shower and this bed just so comfortable and the breathability of the material makes it feel cool... fresh... dont know how to really explain it but really helps.

P.S Had this bed for 6 months now :)

Update (2/21/13):
The folks at REM Sleep Solutions listen to the customer and fixed what was wrong. I now have a new mattress that is soft like the one I tried back in August. It is not effected by a cold room. They want the customer satisfied and worked to address my concerns. I would recommend this company and the adjusted Martinique mattress.

The bed received was not like the bed at the show where it was purchased. Hard, unyielding, firm instead of soft and conforming to the body. A cold room (below 70 degrees) makes this foam bed even worse. Even using an electric blanket didn't soften up the bed. No warning about room temp problem in sales pitch. Not recommended for anyone who is less that 175 pounds as the bed doesn't give very much. It is not comfortable. Save your money and go elsewhere.

After returnig a sleep number mattress which failed to live up to expectation, I decided to do some research before buying the next mattress. Since I purchased a non refundable adjustable base for a split king mattress with the sleep number mattress, I decided to look into memory foam as an alternative compatible mattress. I came across REM mattress reviews that were almost 100% postitive. I called the owner, Randy to learn more. He was very accessible and helpful. Since I am in Tennessee and there are no show rooms here, I had to decide whether to buy a mattress site unseen. I knew it was risky to buy a mattress without trying it, but decided to go for it since the company offered 100% satisfaction and the reviews were so good. The mattress was very firm on arrival. I was told to give it 14 days to break in. My husband seemed to be okay with his mattress from the start (split king with two twin XL mattresses) . I developed a new low back pain and sacral pain over the first week of sleeping on my back. My neck hurt and my arms tingled and went if I moved to sleep on my side. I couldn't find comfort despite the base adjustibility and felt the mattress did not comform to my body.
After 10 days of pain and sleepless nights, I moved to the guest room to get some relief, I called REM to ask for a dfferent softer mattress. I was told that the mattress was still breaking in and to try placing an electric blanket or heating pad on the mattress to help it soften. I also took off a mattress protector and "sleep cool" layer that I had purchased for the sleep number bed and used on the REM mattress. The simple act of taking off the mattress protector seemed to almost instantly make the mattress more compliant and conforming. The heat also helped and over the next month the mattress did what I had hoped it would initially. My back pain is gone and I can sleep on my side without my arms tingling and falling asleep. It took about 4 to 6 weeks, but now I am a beliver and can honestly say this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever had.

Update (12/14/12):
When the weather got cold my bed became to firm to sleep on. I had a serious shoulder issue which prevented me from sleeping. The Vice President suggested trying out a Cool Technologies heating/cooling blanket under the sheets to heat the bed and make it softer. It works and now I am much more comfortable at night. I still have issues with the bed being to warm but I am working on that. They did not charge me anything for this very fancy Cool Technologies blanket. Rem Sleep truely care about their customers.

The bed is extremely temperature sensitive. Not a good bed for cold climates. The same thing is true for the pillows. They become way to hard when the temperatures get cold. I need to get up 4 or 5 times a night because my shoulders and pain hurt so much.
