When we first purchased the bed from QVC (for around $1000) we were very excited, I will say that we slept great on it for about one year. But for that amount of money, I really expected this bed to last at least 6 years, the Sealy mattress set that we had before this one lasted almost 10 years and we didn't pay nearly as much as we did for this one. I have experienced contant lower and mid back pain w/this bed....sometimes I get up feeling like I have been ran over by a mac truck! I hurt ALL over! I am only 42 years old and in decent shape. I recently had to take an emergency trip for a death in the family and I ended up sleeping on a couch for 4 nights...haven't felt that good in months!! That is sad! So I came home from that trip, been on the couch every since and we are currently mattress shopping. This was a big waste of money, I can just kick myself when I think about it. Save your money, don't buy this mattress!!

When we first rec'd this mattress, it was like a dream come true! We couldn't believe how wonderful it was then after about 7-9months we started sinking- literally! . If we sleep longer than 5hrs tops we both will wake up to aching lower back pain. We too, like most others, feel we were ripped off! And we paid $999 from QVC!! Imagine that?! We are now back to waking up with lower awful back pain and feel we were mislead about this "wonderful" purchase.

Such a shame, honestly that there is nothing that can be done to help those of us out there that are now suffering not only with back pain but out $$ hundreds and hundreds of $$

When I first bought this mattress...feb. of 2010...it was'nt so bad...but after sleeping on the mattress for about 6 months, it started singing in the middle..on the sides and sleeping was becomming more and more difficult....I went back to QVC and explained my problem and they have been jerking me around ever since!...they first gave me the # to pedicsolutions...they said under no circumstances will they reimburse me any amounts of money back...and Qvc had said that the warranty did state that they would either give me a new mattress or refund money back!..QVC said they sent it to their customer care center for a resolution and would have an answer within 10 day's...today is the 9th day and today QVC has said that I would have to work with the warranty dept. at the place where the mattress was made...I then called Pedicsolutions back and they will replace the mattress but not refund any or partial 0f my money back!...why would anyone want another one of the mattress's that caused so much discomfort in the first place????..I then asked to s/w a supervisor which said he will have someone over him to call me back...ha!...it has been hour's now from the time I s/w him and he had said it would be within an hour's time!....I paid almost $700.00 for this mattress that is now a piece of junk!!......I am very upset over all of this and there seems to be no resolution in sight...I recently purchased a Serta and believe me I wish I had done that first!!!.........BUY A SERTA TO BEGIN WITH PEOPLE!!!!!!! 

trying to get out of it requires great effort. it feels like it sinks a bit too much in the center when on it and does not fully recover after getting off it. so far, restful sleep but very difficult moving around on it. overall, can't imagine this mattress lasting more than a year at best.

I bought this bed from QVC.  I am very disappointed in the overall quality of this product..   The bed is not even 2 years old and already the foam has completely broken down.  The mattress is now sagging A LOT and causing back pain..  It is my understanding that the "10-year Limited Warranty" does not cover "sagging."  If that is true, I am stuck with a $629.00 bed that cannot be used.
